1. Where purchases take place

The Little Sorcerer website is a showcase and catalogue. Purchases are completed through Etsy. The price, availability, processing time, delivery information and specific return/cancellation conditions shown on the relevant Etsy listing at the time of purchase form part of the applicable sales information.

2. Handmade and made-to-order work

Items are handcrafted and many are made to order. Natural variations in wood, grain, tone and hand-finishing are part of the character of handmade work and do not in themselves constitute defects.

3. Personalised and custom-made items

Customisation may include dimensions, engraving, symbols, wording, colours, finishes or other features agreed with the buyer. Statutory withdrawal rights may not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, where the legal exception applies.

4. Returns and withdrawal

For non-customised goods, consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal where applicable under mandatory consumer law. Specific return information is shown on the Etsy listing and during the Etsy purchase process. Nothing on this website limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered, contact The Little Sorcerer promptly and retain the packaging and photographs useful to assess the issue. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Shipping, tracking, customs and import charges

Shipping method and estimated delivery information may vary by destination and item. Where tracking is available, it is provided through the relevant carrier or marketplace. International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, taxes, duties or import charges according to the destination country's rules. Any mandatory information shown during checkout takes precedence.
